Great location, near Namba station. Room was recently renovated with new amenities. Helpful staff interaction through Alexa.
Nothing bad to say.

The hotel was well located, with easy access to public transportation and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was also reasonably priced for the location. Additionally, the staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions.
The size of the room was quite small and there was limited space for luggage. Additionally, the wifi signal was weak and unreliable, causing me to lose connection frequently. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was questionable, and I experienced itchy skin during my stay. Finally, there was no staff on location, making it difficult to get help with any issues that arose during my stay.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was very close to both the metro station and the popular Sinsaibashi Dotonbori area where we found a lot of delicious food and shops. The keyless entry system was also a unique concept that we found interesting. Despite that, the staff was available through Alexa and their assistance was helpful.

The check-in process was a bit stressful as my phone battery was low and I couldn't access Wi-Fi. However, the receptionist at S-Presso North took pity on me and talked me through the process. She was very nice and helpful, and it worked out in the end. The room itself was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to major tourist spots and transportation hubs. Affordable price and easy check-in process through the electronic system, no human interaction required. The room was cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Despite some reviews saying the wifi was weak, I had no issues with the connection during my stay. Additionally, the room amenities were satisfying, and the temperature control was fantastic!
The room was smaller than expected, but it didn't bother me too much since I spent most of the time exploring the city. The bedding was a bit uncomfortable and didn't provide me with a good night's sleep. Lastly, the soundproofing of the room could have been better as I could hear some of the noises from the adjacent rooms. it was a decent stay for a solo traveler on a budget during the busy New Year season.

We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel near a bustling train station and lively restaurants. Our room was cozy but clean, and we appreciated the unique experience of keyless entry. the staff were very helpful and responsive through the intercom system. Plus, the fair price made this hotel a practical choice for us.
The noise from the street and neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times.

Location close to metro and local attractions is great. Easy access to variety of eateries and stores nearby is a bonus. the room rate is quite affordable compared to other options in the area.
The room was too small and cramped, and there was limited space to store luggage. the soundproofing was terrible and you could hear street noise all night.
